Rentals serving Alcohol will require an Alcohol Permit. Security is required for all rentals agreements serving alcohol.

Blue Island Resident Rental Rate

Residents of Blue Island may rent this facility at a discounted price. Proof of residency will be required. A Non-Resident status will be given to individuals without valid proof of residency.
