Description

Seniorcize is an exercise class that incorporates the beneficial practice of yoga with movements that are gentle enough for all ages and abilities. By practicing yoga, you can build strength, improve flexibility, and lower your blood pressure. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing.
