Seniorcize is an exercise class that incoporates the beneficial practice of yoga with movements that are gentle enough for all ages and abilities.
By incorporationg yoga into your weekly routine, you can build strength, improve flexibility, and lower your blood pressure. Attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes and bring a towel or yoga mat.
