Rental Information:
Rental availability for the Pool Rooftop is available Friday’s, Saturday’s, and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM.
Maximum capacity is 35 adults. No children are permitted on the Pool Rooftop.
Fees:
Resident Security Deposit: $75
Resident Rental Fee: $50 per hour
Alcohol Permit: $100 plus security fees ($15 per hour)
Non-Resident Security Deposit: $150
Non-Resident Rental Fee: $85 per hour
Alcohol Permit: $100 plus security fees ($15 per hour)
Security is required for Rentals that will serve alcohol.
