Non-Resident Security Deposit: $250
Non-Resident Rental Fee: $325
Non-Resident Rental Fee: (alcohol; beer and wine only): $425 plus security fees
Security: $15/hour (alcohol parties only)
Security is required for Rentals that will serve alcohol.
