Rental Information:
Rental availability for the Pool Rooftop is available Friday’s, Saturday’s, and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Maximum capacity is 60 adults. No children are permitted on the Pool Rooftop.
Fees:
- Resident Security Deposit: $100
- Resident Rental Fee: $245 – 4 hours
- Alcohol Permit: $100
- Non-Resident Security Deposit: $200
- Non-Resident Rental Fee: $400 – 4 hours
- Alcohol Permit: $100 plus security fees ($15 per hour)
Security is required for Rentals that will serve alcohol.
