Your rental includes six hours of usage  Additional time may be purchased in one-hour increments for $55.00 each up to within the facility’s normal hours of operation.

Rentals serving alcohol will require an Alcohol Permit and will be required to have security present.

Blue Island Resident Rental Rate

Residents of Blue Island may rent this facility at a discounted price. Proof of residency will be required. A Non-Resident status will be given to individuals without valid proof of residency.

• Resident Security Deposit: $200
• Resident Rental Fee: $325
• Alcohol Permit: $100, plus hourly security fees
  

  Alcohol Permit; beer and wine only. Security fee: $15 per hour

Non-Resident Rental Rate

Individuals with a residency outside of the City of Blue Island may rent from us at full price.

• Non-Resident Security Deposit: $250
• Non-Resident Rental Fee: $525
• Alcohol Permit: $100, plus hourly security fees
