Get Back in the Game: Our Men’s Soccer League Kicks Off This Fall

When it comes to staying active and connected, there’s nothing quite like team sports—and we’ve got just the league for men looking to get moving again. I’m proud to announce that the Blue Island Park District’s Men’s Soccer League is returning this fall!

This league is specifically designed for men ages 35 and up, offering a low-pressure, high-energy way to stay fit, meet new people, and reignite your love of soccer. Whether you’re brushing up on your skills or playing for the first time in years, our format—shorter game periods and supportive play—means anyone can jump in.

Games are every Monday night from 7 to 9 PM at Kerr Middle School, starting October 6 and running through April 27. That’s nearly seven months of fun, fitness, and friendly competition.

What I love about this program is how it brings people together. It’s not just about goals scored—it’s about laughs shared, friendships formed, and staying healthy together.

Spots are limited to 30 players max, so register soon to reserve your place. $90 for residents and $95 for non-residents—a great deal for a great season of play.
