Summer Camp returns for its second modified season and better than ever. Children will experience all the joys of a typical summer with CDC guidelines to keep them safe all while giving parents their much needed break after a long and unique year. Register as soon as possible – spots go fast!

 

Monday through Friday, your child will enjoy various outdoor activities, spending time with friends, and hanging out in Memorial Park Pool! This is a summer your child will not want to miss out on!

 

Designed for:  Boys and Girls ages 4 to 12 years old
Held on:  Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

Blue Island Residents: $255*
Non – Resident: $375*
2nd Child Discounted Fee: $250*

 

*Includes a $15 fee. Registrations declining Trip Fee will be asked to stay home on days of trips.


Session 2:  June 28 through July 16

Payment in full prior to the start of camp session will earn 10% saving for that session.
Payment plans must be paid on or before the first day of each week prior to 5pm.  If your payment is not received on time, a $5 late fee will be applied for each business day your payment is late and your child will be denied into camp until your account is brought up to date.

What are the CDC guidelines for summer camps?

The CDC guidelines for summer camp can be found HERE.

 

Will there be a Sunrise and Sunset Camp this year?

No.

 

How many campers will be assigned to a group?

There will be 8 children per group and two counselors.

 

Will the pool be open?

Under Phase 4 guidelines, summer camp will include limited aquatic activities in the pool and splash pad.

 

Will lunch be provided?

No. Children must bring their own lunches. Lunches must be packed in a disposable bag or container.

 

Will temperatures be taken?

Yes. Children will have their temperatures taken during drop-off and after lunch.

 

How do I drop my child off ?

New drop off procedures will require children to stay in the car with their parent or guardian until the camper can be properly admitted to camp. New procedures for drop-off can be found HERE. Pick-up procedure will be the same with no temperatures taken.

 

What if my child displays symptoms?

If your child is displaying symptoms, we ask that they not be brought to camp. Should your child arrive to camp with symptoms or develop symptoms, the child will be sent home for the day. If your child walks to camp and arrives with a fever, we will call home to have a parent of guardian pick them up.

If your child has a fever, we ask that you visit a free COVID-19 testing center. Testing sites are located in Alsip and Markham.
