Description

Bitty Basketball is the right answer to your child’s instructional Basketball league needs. This co-ed program will focus on providing a fun learning environment to all players of all skill levels. To ensure balanced play, participants will be assigned to balanced teams via a Draft Day. Teams will play in an 8 week season against teams that include other park districts and schools. Each team will be assigned a coach and have practice time and an arbitrated game each week (after draft day). Your registration fee includes A team jersey and an end of the season Pizza Party.

Volunteers Wanted

Our basketball program’s success can be directly attributed to the hard work of parent volunteers. Volunteering your time has never been better, with our new list of incentives to reward you for your time such as registration fee reimbursement and coaches polos. We are now accepting volunteer coach applications for our 2016-17 basketball season. Coaches are subject to background checks.

Practice and Games for children between the ages of 6 to years of age. Practices will be held at Kerr Middle School and Games will be held at the John D. Rita Recreation Center.
