Fantastic Fall

Fantastic Fall: Learning, Building, and Celebrating Autumn Together
This fall, I’m thrilled to introduce something brand new for our young learners: Fantastic Fall—a seasonal program built to blend creativity, STEM exploration, and autumn fun for kids ages 5 to 12.
Running from September 8 through October 8, we’ll meet every Monday and Wednesday from 4:15 to 5:15 PM at the Memorial Park Field House. Each session invites kids to explore fall from every angle—weather, nature, traditions, food, and even where the sun sits in the sky this time of year.
This program is packed with engaging activities. Kids will learn about physics while building with LEGOs, use mosaics to express fall colors and themes, and dive into hands-on science and art that makes the season come alive.
It’s not just about fun—though there will be plenty of that. It’s about helping children become active learners, curious observers, and confident creators. Fantastic Fall is ideal for the child who loves to ask questions, build things, and celebrate all that fall brings.
And the best part? It’s only $20 for residents and $25 for non-residents. We’re proud to offer high-quality, affordable programming that supports families and helps kids grow.
If you’re looking for a meaningful, enriching after-school experience this season, I encourage you to sign up today. Spots are limited, and this is a great chance for your child to build new skills and friendships.
Visit blueislandparks.org or give us a call at 708-385-3304 to register.
Let’s make this fall unforgettable!
