Exercise for Seniors

Description

This Senior exercise class embodies the beneficial properties of yoga while understanding the needs of the elderly. This class will help you welcome Yoga and other beneficial exercises into your weekly routine. Harsh movements will be avoided. We will focus on movements that are gentle yet beneficial for participants with limited mobility. Comfortable clothes and yoga mat or towel is required.

Esta clase de ejercicios para los adulto de la tercera edad encarna las propiedades beneficiosas de yoga, mientras se centra en las necesidades de los ancianos. Esta clase le ayudará aceptar Yoga y otros ejercicios beneficiosos a su rutina semanal. Movimientos duras se evitarán.
