Pilates is an innovative and safe system of mind-body exercise using a floor mat or a variety of equipment. If you are looking to strengthen your abdomen and pelvis as well as maintain good posture, then Pilates is for you. Unlike some mind/body workouts, Pilates focuses on strengthening and toning your core and increasing your flexibility. All skill levels are encouraged to participate.
