Easter Egg Hunt

Saturday, April 13th, 2019

Hop on over to Blue Island Park District Memorial Park for Easter Egg Hunt fun for children! Children ages 7 and under are invited to explore the playground at Memorial Park where the Easter Bunny loves to hide colorful eggs full of fun surprises!

How It Works

The Blue Island Park District’s Easter Egg Hunt is a fast-paced Traditional egg hunt held in a secure and safe environment. Participants will race against time and others in pursuit of their share of thousands of plastic eggs. The hunt will continue until all eggs are recovered (approx. 10-15 minutes) After the hunt, participants may exchange eggs for the prizes of their choice at the Egg Exchange Store.

Choose Your Hunting Group

In the interest of fairness, participants will be divided into two hunting groups.

After the hunt, guests may visit the Egg Exchange Store to trade their loot of plastic eggs their choice of treats, trinkets, and toys. This means, the more eggs you find, the more options in prizes you’ll have. The Egg Exchange Store is a great way to conserve resources, provides participants with prize options, and serves as a good math exercise.

Event coordinators strive to ensure ALL participants leave with a satisfactory experience. To ensure all participants enjoy their visit, late disbursements of eggs and variable Egg Exchange Store rates may be implemented.
