In October 2009, Blue Island’s first dog park opened it’s doors to the public. Deemed the “Bark Park” , this beautiful parcel of land has become “Home Field” for over 200 dogs of all sizes. The Blue Island Bark Park welcomes all dogs from all over South Chicago Land.
